Podium Ōhope Express Cancelled

Event organisers have cancelled the 2017 event, scheduled for 22 April.

The Podium Ōhope Express is a running and walking event that incorporates three distances - 5, 10 and 21.1km (half marathon). The picturesque course is all on-road, flat as a pancake and, for those seeking a personal best, it's highly likely!

Whether you are a competitive athlete looking to beat your personal best, a ‘weekend warrior’ who wants to complete an achievable event, or a beginner – the Podium Ōhope Express is for you.  In fact, beginners training programmes have been designed especially for those who aren't sure where to start.

The Podium Ōhope Express is proud to be associated with the Diabetes Exercise and Sports Association of New Zealand (DESA NZ).  This organisation enhances the quality of life for people with diabetes by encouraging exercise and physical fitness.

Circle it in your diary -  Saturday 22 April 2017 - 9:00am start.
